As a seasoned strategy consultant with leading firms such as FSG and twentyfifty, Sonja Patscheke brings over 20 years of experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies and social change initiatives around the world, with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa. She also held strategic leadership positions at the World Economic Forum.

About

Currently, Sonja works as a sustainability expert and executive coach with leaders and organisations from the corporate and non-profits sectors, fostering inner and outer resilience and social impact.

Most recently, she was Director of Consulting at twentyfifty where she partnered with clients in the food & agriculture, FMCG, healthcare and trading sectors to embed sustainability and human rights into their business and supply chains.

Before that, Sonja was a Director at the World Economic Forum, where she led the Professional Services industry group, provided strategic project portfolio management for the entire organization, and developed a ground-breaking initiative to codify and strengthen systems leadership skills.

Previously, Sonja spent 7 years at the mission-driven consulting firm FSG (www.fsg.org) where she supported clients to implement high-impact social change initiatives in areas such as rural and economic development, health access, inclusive markets, and education. As a member of the leadership team, she played a key role in developing the thinking and practice around shared value and collective impact.

Sonja started her career with The Parthenon Group (now EY-Parthenon), a global strategic consulting firm.

Sonja stands out through her ability to guide organizations through complex challenges thanks to her strategic acumen and exceptional facilitation skills.

Sonja holds an M.B.A. from London Business School, an M.Phil. in International Relations from the University of Cambridge, and a B.A. from University College London.
